Q How often a rug or carpet must be washed?
A There is no set rule. Usually every 8-10 years. If one has children and animals, then every 2-3 years.

Q Should I vacuum my carpets?
A Yes. Carpets must be vacuumed at least once a week. Upright vacuums are recommended.

Q The fringe and the edges are fraying, what should I do?
A Have the fringe and the edges repaired as soon as possible.

Q Do I need a rug pad?
A Yes. A rug pad would give a better cushion. Additionally, it will extend the life of the carpet.

Q Do I need an appraisal?
A Yes. It is very highly recommended to have a photo of each carpet along with the appraisal. Have the appraisal and the photo stored in a safety box.
